The candidate should be familiar with
corporate management, information technology,
investor relations, sales management, virtual
office, human resources, entrepreneurial
strategies, corporate finance, customer
relations, and corporate execution.
If selected, the candidate would have the
following immediate responsibilities:
1. Private Placement: The selected
candidate would handle all details of
our private placement which includes the
supervision of 4 others. This placement
is well underway and should be finished
within a couple of months.
2. Human Resources: The selected candidate
would establish human resources and
handle employee hiring. We have several
employees, and the selected candidate
would ensure that these employees
receive proper motivation, information,
and guidelines. The selected candidate
will see to it that all employees stay
within the virtual office framework that
the company has established.
3. Contract Enforcement: The company will
engage in thousands of contracts through
our website. The selected candidate
would ensure the feasiblility, legality,
and execution of these contracts.
Pay is between 80K and 120K dependent upon
skills. The company offers benefits which
include a health plan and an employee stock
option plan. The selected candidate may work
from any high speed Internet connection. If
the company executes per its plan, the stock
option plan would be worth more than $2
million in two years. In addition, other
equity can be earned by working overtime. When
a COO is hired, the selected candidate would
