DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE with FIREFIGHTER EXPERIENCE
$700 to $1,500 Weekly in Commissions We are looking for an Outside Sales Associate to sell to the residential market. We have a unique Wildfire Defense initiative that sells for just $45 to $75 (Annual) per home. Your weekly sales should generate commissions of $700 to $1,400. In addition, you have the opportunity to advance in a high growth Company in new and exciting industry. Wildfire Services provides emergency response to registered homeowners in the event of wildfire danger, at no additional costs to the homeowner. Our potential customers are located primarily in small cities and neighborhoods within wildfire danger “red” zones. There are more than 6,500,000 homes in the Colorado and California market that are qualified for this service. Less than 9% of qualified homes are currently registered, that leaves a very large and lucrative market. We sell our service through direct sales and referral channels it is expected that the individual sales representatives would earn from $700 to $1,400 per week. . This is a commission-only outside sales opportunity; all sales are done in a team environment. We provide transportation for the team from the office and our sales process is structured so everyone will receive commissions weekly upon making the sale. Health insurance is available to all Sales Associates after 60 days. This position is a stepping stone to our team leader and sales manager position. Wildfire Services, LLC is based in Parker, CO serving the Colorado, California, Wyoming and New Mexico markets. RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
Firefighter training and or experience, Paid, Volunteer, Wildland or Military is acceptable. (This would qualify you to apply for the paid response unit in addition to sales) At least two years of outside, direct sales experience with a track record of closing sales. The ability to work well with others since you will be part of a sales team group. You will work with 4 to 6 sales associates on a daily basis.
You must have reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license and pass a criminal background check. All associates will have pre-employment and random drug screenings.
The ability to work on a commission-only basis – with the understanding that this truly does bring unlimited earning potential to you – as long as you are willing to do the work and be part of a team.
